Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Request a Return

Email us at gwbethelservice@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
We will respond with return instructions within 1-2 business days
Ship the item back to us at the address provided
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size. Contact us at gwbethelservice@gmail.com to arrange your exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at gwbethelservice@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
