Refund & Exchange Policy

We accept refund or exchange requests within 7 days of purchase. After this period, refunds and exchanges cannot be processed.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
